In March 2021 Ballys Corp reached an agreement to buy online gaming and gambling platform Gamesys Group Plc (completed in October 2021).

With a number of new faces in their Learning and Development Team, two of which had been key partners and friends of Revolve in previous organisations we began discussions on how we would support the huge growth ambitions of the organisation because of the merger of Ballys Corp and Gamesys was only just the beginning!

An entire Leadership Development Strategy was developed and the starting point was the evolution and redesign of their new management programme. The existing programme had a great brand throughout the organisation and therefore was used as the foundation of the design moving forward. With their ever-changing world, year-on-year growth, and the changing work environment, there needed to be a bigger focus on the development of leadership skills and behavioural change.

In a truly co-creative and collaborative approach together we developed a programme that was different from anything we had done before which included:

  • 9 Live Virtual Learning Modules

  • Delivered in 3 different time zones

  • 47 supporting learning resources including 16 personalised videos and articles along with 31 recommended external resources

  • 3 x group coaching / action learning set sessions

  • Line Manager briefing and engagement which included a programme brochure, briefing videos, pre-set engagement agendas, and a schedule for engaging their teams

The programme will be continued to deliver in 2022 and beyond in its current format and we are currently developing face-to-face versions of the programme to be delivered to the UK and International audiences.
